There are various types of Vitamins namely Vitamin A, B [within B there are atleast 8 variants], C, D, E, K. The B vitamins are [B1 [Thiamine], B2 [Riboflavin], B3 [Niacin], B5 [Pantothenic Acid], B6, B7 [Biotin], B12, Folic Acid]
The above Vitamins fall under two categories one is Water Soluble the other is Fat Soluble. All Vitamin B and C fall in Water Soluble and the rest are in Fat Soluble.
Water Soluble need to be replenished each day as they go out from urine everyday. While the Fat Solubles stay in body for longer time.
Vitamin C is what am emphasizing in here on this Post is because it has a very significant purpose.
